Gibson Les Paul Classic Custom Cream

Here we have a Gibson Les Paul classic custom: a bit of a mix between a standard, a custom and its own thing, really. This one here is from 2011-2012 (2011 on serial number, 2012 on COA)

This is a cream-colored one that's yellowed a bit, giving it that beloved aged alpine white look.

The front has 7-ply binding for the body and 5-ply for the headstock like a custom, but the back has no binding like a standard, giving it a more rounded feel.

The neck has a 60's profile, so not super skinny but noticeably thinner than a 50's neck.

The fretboard and headstock inlays are acrylic like on the original standards.

The fretboard itself is something pretty unique: a beautifully dark torrefied maple. Looks like ebony from some angles, but has some nice figuring and chatoyance up close.

The 'classic 57' pickups have unfortunately been replaced. Fortunately though, they've been replaced with Seymour Duncans! SH1N on the neck, SH4JB on the bridge.

This one even comes with a Fazley tweed case and its original certificate of authenticity.
