Design apartment with sauna and view on the Atomium ?? + skyline
We're internationals ourselves, and our mission is to create extraordinary places. We go to great lengths to select the best materials, with our ultimate goal being to create a place where you feel at home.
We just finished renovating, respecting the old while adding modern comfort. We kept the beautiful old tiles, an antique kitchen sink, and old doors.
All the power outlets and light switches have been renewed with antique black ones. We kept the original kitchen cupboards and placed antique handles. We finished it with hanging 3 chandeliers (living room, bedroom, hallway).
This is how we'd like it ourselves:
?? Some organic coffee and tea to get started (De'Longhi coffee machine included)
?? High-speed internet possible
?? The apartment is powered with green energy: renewable electricity, C-class insulation and the most ecological version of a central gas heating system.

?? Auping double bed with adjustable frame (the same bed the Dutch Royal family buys) with brand new Sleepy mattresses.
??? Leolux Pallone & Leolux tango quality sofas
?? Jori Relax Sofa & Beek living room tables & design table and chairs
?? Samsung TV, Beko Clothes Dryer, Miele Washing Machine, AEG refrigerator, Bosch Dishwasher, Whirlpool microwave
??????? Infrared sauna cabin for two persons (max app. 60°C)

One of the best locations in Brussels:
By foot
?? 2 min. to int'l train, tram & subway station
?? 2 min. to huge shopping mall, Starbucks and the Rue Neuve (most high-end shopping street of Belgium)
?? 1 min. to a fantastic botanical garden
??? 1 min. to Best Western, Hilton, Hoxton... hotels and coworking
?? 11min. to int'l BXL airport by train
?? Easy to get anywhere in Brussels by foot/taxi/bike/tram/subway/train
?? Literally in front of the apartment are the Brussels Villo city bikes you can rent for only €3.50/month, and they get you everywhere
?? In front, you can also use the Uber/Lime/Bolt steps and electric bikes.
It's literally next to the train statio,n so you can hear trains + you have to use common sense, walking outside at night like in any big city
