HAIG Club 2014

Haig Club Single Grain Scotch Whisky is a perfectly balanced scotch with a light and sweet aroma. Haig Club is named after John Haig, a Scottish man who founded the Cameronbridge distillery in 1824. In the making of the scotch, Haig Club uses a unique process: grain whisky from three different cask types is combined to create a whisky that presents itself extraordinarily fresh with a sweet aroma of toffee and butterscotch.
The Single Grain Scotch spreads notes of honey, dried tropical fruits and light oak wood. On the palate, your taste buds will be satisfied by the creamy aroma of vanilla and roasted wood. In the finish, notes of dried fruits, vanilla and bourbon reoccur while the aftertaste is soft and perfectly light.
David Beckham and Simon Fuller are working with the Haig Club to make the brand that belongs to Diageo more popular. The elegant rectangular bottles are made of deep-blue glass that, together with the copper-coloured cap, will surely be an eye-catcher on every bar shelf.
