The goals of T.O.T TIME ON TARGET are threefold:

• The first one is to create dream timepieces. When worn, these timepieces will make operators reminisce of past missions and, for newer generations of operators, they will be able to discretely, yet with refinement, show their belonging to their respective units. Young generations of men and women belonging to these special units, as well as previous ones, are united when wearing T.O.T TIME ON TARGET timepieces and are ready to together start new endeavours and exiting adventures.
• Then, the second goal is to offer these exceptional men and women high-end, unique, and exclusive timepieces, personalised to their unit's colours and showing their professional identity, and so at unbeatable prices.
• Finally, the last goal is to allow wounded veterans, who possess the adequate skills and who are motivated, to find a job through a job referral programme, thanks T.O.T TIME ON TARGET's partners.

One of the goals of T.O.T TIME ON TARGET is to help wounded veterans injured during recent engagements abroad. To that effect, T.O.T TIME ON TARGET is complementing what charities, governmental organisations, and foundations in charge of physically and mentally wounded men and women are doing.
T.O.T TIME ON TARGET's involvement is mainly centred around providing job opportunities for these extraordinary veterans and not around providing funding. Indeed, these men and women have unique skills acquired while serving their country and that are now sought after by several employers.
T.O.T TIME ON TARGET and its numerous partners are providing a large employment pool for these veterans. Today, T.O.T TIME ON TARGET can provide 25 permanent job offers.
